Unox invited us to Cadoneghe in Italy to visit their production facilities and demonstration kitchens. It was a very informative trip and we left extremely impressed both by the oven’s performance and the way in which it is produced.
Unox manufacture almost every component part for the ovens themselves which allows far greater control of cost and quality control. The manufacturing plant behind the ovens consists of several factories each entirely focused on their particular element and a main production factory that assembles the final product, it is a very slick operation.
We spent the main part of the second day witnessing the ovens performance and learning about its features. The ovens exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way possible.
