Hodsock Priory Nr. Blyth, Nottinghamshire is renowned for its glorious gardens and snowdrops display and as a magnificent venue for Weddings and Corporate Events. It has been in the same family since 1765.
Recent developments include a superb banqueting pavilion with provision for up to 250 people for evening events and a further 500 in the marquee on the Italian Terrace.
Two years ago we designed and installed a banqueting kitchen to meet the new demands which included Rational combination oven, True and Gram refrigeration, Comenda dishwasher and other top quality equipment and fabrications.
The snowdrop season attracts tens of thousand of visitors and we were asked to design a servery which would be functional, attractive, portable and meet all current EHO requirements.
We achieved this in association with ER Moffat using the Versicarte range and we were delighted to receive very positive feed back from our Client via email as follows:
